The Hornby Dublo D1 Level Crossing has always been a bit of a paperweight. It’s quite substantial as it’s a solid lump of diecast metal, so there are plenty around. There is a rarer plastic version for 3 rail, and of course the 2 rail version was always plastic and has its track integral to the model. Hornby never made a twin track version, although enthusiasts have made them available in the spirit of the original. These should be £5-£10 in either 2 or 3 rail versions. However, expect to pay £35 upwards for the plastic 3 rail version.
